I have a break clause question whereby I'd ideally like to leave after 11 months through a 12 month AST. The AST has a 6 month break clause - 'The Tenant may bring the tenancy to an end at six months from the commencement by giving the Landlord not less than one months signed written notice from a rent due date' I'm not
