It's hard to believe that In Your Face is turning 40 years old this year! In honor of the 40th anniversary of Fishbone's first LP, they are releasing a limited double-vinyl reissue of In Your Face! The first record is a remastered version of the original album. Liner notes are written by Nabil Ayers (President of Beggers Group).

RxPxOxS is the new song that was released for Haloween and the upcoming presidential election. In pure Fishbone fashion, it tells it like it is :

Mark Philips is no longer Fishbone's guitarist. He announced on social media that his other musical commitments as a composer and a producer had expanded in a way that no longer was compatible with being in Fishbone. Mark had assumed guitar duties in January 2020 after John Bigham had left to pursue his solo career. In his 4+ years on guitar, Mark played close to 120 shows and contributed the song Wake up My Child to the 2023 EP which unfortunately was never performed live.

Since Mark Phillips announced that he would leave Fishbone to pursue personal projects, there's been some speculation on whom would replace him. Well, Spacey T just confirmed that he's be back on guitars with Fishbone. Spacey T was instrumental to Fishbone's sound between 1998 and 2003. He's currently in studio with the rest of the band recording Fishbone's next album.
