Weekend update and resources for you

Good morning friends - a quick update for you as we head into this weekend:

I put all of the episodes of our series this week with Eric Jafari on creativity and innovation into this Spotify playlist for easy listening. I rarely come across someone who thinks (and acts) as expansively as Eric, and I am grateful I had the chance to hear him at a recent ILC event. This is a must-listen if you want to think about how to stay relevant in hospitality.
If you haven’t done so already, take my 3-minute survey here on the state of the hotel industry. Some amazing trends are already emerging on opportunities for 2025, and I can only share the results with those who participate - so make sure you do if you want to see the top challenges and opportunities in hospitality today…and plan your career and business accordingly.
